The A2i office interior design at Daak Bhaban covered 7,600 sft. It needed to support a diverse team driving innovation across government. From our first consultancy sessions, we learned that flexibility was key. Spaces had to shift easily between focus, collaboration, and presentations.
We created open-plan workstations that promote interaction. Quiet rooms were added where individuals can concentrate. A compact gallery allows the team to share projects with visitors. Circulation was mapped carefully so movement between zones feels natural and stress-free.
Furniture, finishes, and branded elements were selected to express A2i’s identity without overwhelming the space. Natural daylight was maximized to improve both energy and focus, offering a climate-responsive solve that keeps the workplace comfortable and efficient. As part of the process, tender document preparation was also completed to support smooth project execution.
