How much does office interior design cost in Dhaka?
For a full turnkey office fitout in Dhaka, most of our projects fall between BDT 1,500 and 3,500 per square foot. The final number depends on material grade, ceiling and partition scope, furniture quantity, electrical work and supervision level. We prepare a BOQ-based budget before site work starts, so you see exactly where the money goes and nothing surprises you mid-project. Design consultancy can also be taken separately if you want to execute with your own contractor.
How long does an office interior project take?
For a typical 2,000 to 4,000 sft office, design takes 2 to 3 weeks and execution takes 8 to 10 weeks. We manufacture furniture in our own workshop, which keeps the schedule under our control instead of a vendor’s. If your team needs to keep working during a renovation, we plan phased execution around your operations.
Do you handle RAJUK approval?
Yes, fully. We prepare RAJUK-ready drawings and sheets, and we also process the approval: submission, coordination and follow-up on your behalf. Because the same team prepares the design and the documentation, your drawings stay consistent from concept to permit.
What does your turnkey interior service include?
One team handles everything: design, working drawings, BOQ-based costing, civil works, ceiling, partitions, electrical coordination, custom furniture from our own workshop, and on-site supervision through to handover. You get one point of accountability and a fixed scope instead of managing five separate contractors.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Adabor, Dhaka and work across the city, including Gulshan, Banani, Mohakhali, Dhanmondi, Uttara and Motijheel. We also take projects in Sirajganj, Chattogram and other districts, with site visits planned around key execution stages.
Do you take small offices or flats, and is there a minimum size?
Yes. We take small but premium projects from around 1,000 sft, where the full process still applies: practical layout, custom storage and furniture, lighting and a clear budget before work begins. Our core focus is corporate offices in the 4,000 to 8,000 sft range, where planning, MEP coordination and execution control matter most.
