Studio Archifiction delivered the UNDP office renovation & furniture supply at IDB Bhaban, 9th floor—a 5,600 sft upgrade completed in 2022. We began with office interior consultancy, auditing circulation, adjacencies, and storage. The plan improved team flow, added quiet focus spots, and clarified access to meeting rooms and support areas.
Materials were selected for durability and easy maintenance. Lighting design balanced task, ambient, and meeting needs. We improved acoustics with wall panels and soft surfaces so calls and workshops run clearly. Power and data were reorganized with clean cable management and safe routing.
A major part of the scope was custom made furniture supply. We produced ergonomic workstations, meeting tables, reception elements, and storage that match UNDP standards. Built-ins maximized wall space, while modular pieces support future reconfiguration. Finishes and hardware were specified for heavy institutional use.
Awarded through a tender process, we managed the full scope — from renovation and planning to furniture supply and supervision. The result is a contemporary workplace that supports daily operations, improves comfort, and reflects UNDP’s professional identity—delivered as a coordinated consultancy, execution, and furniture package.
