Studio Archifiction completed the office interior consultancy and execution for the UNCDF FinLab, a 600 sft small office design at IDB Bhaban, Dhaka. Completed in 2020, the project transformed a compact area into a flexible and modern workspace.
The plan follows an open office approach. Team members can collaborate in groups or work individually in comfort. Foldable tables add versatility, making it easy to switch between workshops, meetings, and focused tasks. Circulation is smooth, keeping the open workspace efficient despite its limited size.
Innovative furniture played a key role in shaping the environment. Functional partition walls with integrated greenery added freshness, acoustic balance, and subtle privacy. Combined with natural light and ergonomic planning, the office became both inspiring and practical.
This modern concept office interior design reflects UNCDF’s forward-thinking vision. It highlights how thoughtful planning and execution can turn a small office into a flexible, collaborative, and professional workplace.
